Ariya

For the Ariya restaurant, a restaurant specializing in Kazakh cuisine, we created a series of ceramic vases with the effect of time-honored objects. The surfaces are intentionally aged: artistic chips, abrasions, and uneven textures create a sense of antiquity and the traces of time.

The ceramics support the restaurant's concept, linking a modern interpretation of national cuisine with a visual representation of cultural heritage.
